RETURN POLICY (applies only to merchandise purchased through habitla.com)

 DURING COVID 19 SHUT DOWN/STORE CLOSURE PERIOD:

  1. Return requests must be made within 14 DAYS from the day the package was delivered. 
  1. Exchange requests must be made within 14 DAYS from the day the package was delivered.
  1. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please send an email to habitshopla@gmail.com
  1. RA and exchange requests may take up to 2 days to process and will contain the SHIP TO address that is currently applicable while our stores are closed.
  1. Habit Footwear and Accessories only accepts returns and exchanges on unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags and/or in it’s original box (for shoes)
  1. Returns will be refunded to original credit card within 7-10 business days from receipt of package to Habit Footwear and Accessories
  1. (NOT VALID DURING COVID 19 PERIOD): Only returns with an authorized RA may be dropped off at one of the stores. The refund will be issued per above (#6) and will not be issued at the store.
  1. Any returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  1. Habit Footwear and Accessories is not responsible for any packages that are lost/stolen during the return. We recommend that you ship your return via UPS or Fedex with a tracking number.
  1. Any items that are ON SALE are not returnable.
