Returns

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items (except items which are final sale) that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached). Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box or bag.

ALL SALE ITEMS, INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, ARE FINAL SALE.

Please email or call the store on Monday-Friday 11AM-6PM PST within 10 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 5 days of receiving your RA#. Please note that all returns that do not meet the 10 day requirement for requesting a RA# will only be considered for online store credit/exchange and no refund will be given.

If you decide to return an item(s) to Habit, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Habit. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by e-mail. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.

Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

We recommend returns be sent using Fedex or UPS, so that your return can be tracked.  Habit is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping.
