Thank you for making your purchase with us here at Habit. More than anything, we want you to love your purchased goods. In the unfortunate event that you don’t, we’re happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. Please see our return policy below to determine if your items are eligible for a return or exchange.


RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES

In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, worn, altered, or damaged.

All items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE, which does not allow for a return or an exchange of any kind.

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS

Website orders are eligible for a full refund to original payment method (excluding shipping fees) or store credit (valid to be used in-store or online) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items that were purchased need to be returned in the same, "sellable" condition as when originally purchased. i.e: not washed, not worn, not damaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached.

All items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE, which does not allow for a return or an exchange of any kind.

Please send an email to habitshopla@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number to ship your package back. Alternatively, you may return your item(s) in store at our Studio City location once you have received your RA number.

Returns or exchanges after 7 days can be made for store credit only.

Online returns and exchanges, as well as refunds, may take a few days to process. *Additionally, please keep in mind that some banks take 3-7 business days to post refunds.

Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for returned purchases. You are responsible for the costs of shipping any item back to Habit. 

Habit is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen during returns. We recommend you ship your return via traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx.

HOW SHOULD I SEND MY PURCHASES BACK FOR A REFUND?
  1. Neatly repackage your items with receipt or order paperwork that came with your purchase. Include a note with your RA number that we provided you with via email.
    Footwear must include the original shoe box, in its original condition.
  2. Send back your return to us (at your expense) to the address below, using any method desired:
